Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package as it moves from our barrio to yours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship across Puerto Rico and Continental United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide us the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once the item is shipped out to the address provided. it is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing the order. Please make sure your address is correct.
Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly but sometimes delays happen due to external carriers or customs inspections.
A tracking number will be provided when the item is shipped. If we provide a tracking number for the shipment and it suddenly stops updating, we recommend you contact the carrier immediately to file a claim regarding your missing order.
We do not guarantee the exact date and time of delivery of the shipped order. We are not responsible for any delays in transit; some items may arrive later than expected.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
