Return or Exchanges Policy

Thanks for shopping at Barrio Machuchal, it is our goal that you be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 We accept returns only in exchange for a store credit equivalent to the price of the item returned less shipping costs. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Confirmation of the store credit will be sent to you by email once the return is approved by us.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items on Sale (at discount)
  • Jewelry
  • Décor Accessories
  • Gift Cards

Approval:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be received within three (3) days after the item was received. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must be in the same condition as received and must be in the original package with all tags and labels attached.

 To begin the return process, please contact us at info@machuchal.com and let us know your order number, the item you which to return and the reason for the return. Once you obtain our approval for the return, please ensure the item is properly packed and shipped back to us within three (3) days of our approval. Print out our approval confirmation and include it with the package. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Customers are highly advised to keep documentation of their returns being dropped off at the postal service.

Exchanges are only allowed in the case of clothing (i.e. T-shirts) if you need to change it for a different size, subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, a store credit equivalent to the price of the item returned less shipping costs will be granted. Please follow the return process mentioned above to request an exchange.

Important Reminders:

  • Be advised that once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable 
  • All sales of discounted item (items on sale), Jewelry, décor items and gift cards are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of used, worn, washed and altered items.
